User Agreement
This agreement explains account rules, data handling, future commercial data use, user choices, and updates to the agreement.
1. Agreement to the platform rules

4. Business data use
AutoInvoice may later sell, rent, license, disclose, or otherwise share certain account, business, customer, vehicle, invoice, usage, or derived data for commercial purposes where permitted by law. If a law requires notice, opt-in consent, opt-out rights, or fresh consent before that sale or sharing, AutoInvoice will provide it before beginning that practice. Passwords, recovery codes, raw authentication secrets, and payment credentials are not sold.
Data that may be sold or shared in the future may include account contact data, business profile data, customer contact data, vehicle and service data, invoice and quote metadata, usage data, market segments, analytics, insights, trends, and aggregated or de-identified datasets.
Potential recipients may include analytics providers, advertisers, marketing partners, data partners, lead generation partners, research partners, affiliates, business purchasers, investors, advisors, and other commercial partners.
AutoInvoice will not sell passwords, password hashes, recovery codes, raw authentication secrets, or payment credentials.
If you do not want data sold or shared where you have a legal right to opt out, contact the site owner or administrator responsible for AutoInvoice. If a dedicated opt-out link or privacy control is required before sales begin, it must be added before launch.
5. Consent and user choices
By using AutoInvoice, you consent to the collection, use, storage, disclosure, and sharing of information as described in this User Agreement. For any collection, use, disclosure, or sale that requires separate express consent, AutoInvoice will seek that consent before relying on it.
Where applicable law gives you the right to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, object, withdraw consent, opt out of sale or sharing, or complain, AutoInvoice will provide a process for exercising those rights.
6. Customer and third-party data
You are responsible for the customer, vehicle, employee, contractor, supplier, and third-party information you enter into AutoInvoice. You must only enter information you have authority to process.
You are responsible for telling your customers and other affected people that their information may be stored in AutoInvoice and may be used or disclosed as described in this User Agreement.
7. Security
AutoInvoice uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No system is perfectly secure, and AutoInvoice cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, disclosure, loss, or misuse will never occur.
You must keep your password confidential, sign out on shared devices, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
8. Retention and deletion
AutoInvoice may keep information while an account is active and afterward for backup, audit, tax, legal, safety, dispute, business continuity, analytics, and legitimate business purposes.
Deletion requests may be limited where retention is required or permitted by law, where data is needed for service records, disputes, fraud prevention, backups, or where information has been aggregated or de-identified.
9. Cross-border processing
Information may be stored, processed, or accessed in Canada, the United States, or other locations where AutoInvoice or its service providers operate. Those locations may have different privacy laws than your home jurisdiction.
10. Administrator access
Platform administrators and authorized support personnel may access account, business, customer, invoice, quote, vehicle, payment, backup, and log data for support, security, approval, troubleshooting, compliance, business operations, and enforcement purposes.
11. Agreement changes
This User Agreement is subject to change at any time. AutoInvoice may update it by posting a new version. Unless the updated agreement says otherwise, updates are effective when posted.
Your continued use of AutoInvoice after an update means you accept the updated User Agreement. If the law requires specific notice, opt-in consent, opt-out rights, or renewed consent for a change, AutoInvoice will follow that requirement.
12. Contact and legal review
Questions, privacy requests, opt-out requests, or complaints should be sent to the site owner or administrator responsible for AutoInvoice.
This User Agreement is a working policy draft and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before production use, especially before selling or sharing personal information.
